What can you expect from an Advanced Breathwork & Meditations session?

“Release the stress, immerse yourself in the present, and reconnect with your inner power.”

This Advanced Breathwork & Meditations session is for those who have been to one of my Breathwork sessions more than 3 times or are a Breathwork practitioner, it is an invitation to go even deeper into your Breathwork and thereby rediscover your inner power!

During the Advanced Breathwork session, I apply the “Rebirthing” technique that will take you deeper into it, so I put you in Rebirthing-BW up to 7-9 minutes per round, without a break.

During this Breathwork session I will start you up with calm techniques, these will have a both physical and mental effect on most, and make sure you land in space before we go deeper into the session... A powerful BW session can get you out of your head and down your body, as well as remove emotional blockages and pave the way for inner peace and direct renewed energy. In our session, you will be guided on a heart-opening journey where presence takes center stage, allowing you to dive deep into your inner core. Breathing work and meditation from the perspective of the “now” act as the key to stepping out of the constant stream of stressful thoughts and opening the door to a deeper connection with your authentic self. During the session, you will experience the release of stress and tension, the opportunity to let go of repressed emotions and come out of it with a feeling of revitalized energy and mental clarity.

Why Breathwork?
Every time you breathe, you change. With each breath, your mind and body accelerate, and your heart beats faster. Small amounts of adrenaline and the stress hormone cortisol are released and your sympathetic nervous system is activated. With each exhalation, the opposite happens; your mind and body slow down, and your heart beats a little slower. Hormones that promote rest and digestion are released and your parasympathetic nervous system is activated. This is your life - a constant alternation between acceleration and deceleration. As we move through life, we accumulate stress, pain and emotional blockages in our body, mind and nervous system. This accumulation often results in a shift and imbalance in which we become more activated in our sympathetic nervous system - also known as the fight-or-flight nervous system. Respiratory work helps restore balance by activating our entire nervous system. We regain the flexibility of our emotional register, which opens up the possibility for the body to release pent-up energy and emotional blockages. Our railing minds become quiet, and we are able to freely connect with our true selves - not conditioned by life accumulations. This state of deep consciousness is a healing state. The electricity in the brain's synapses matches the magnetic field from the pulsating heart - thus forming a higher body-mind coherence. This regulates many important and vital processes; from lowering blood pressure, stimulating metabolism, improving the immune system, transporting oxygen and balancing the body's pH.

Why Meditation?
Most of us live most of our lives based on our thoughts and feelings... Or also described as 99.9% of the time we are governed by the trauma stored in our body (and mind)! This means that you are the only one who sees the world from your reality and with that discovery, you may nod in recognition that your ego “can expose you to challenging events,” whether at work or in private. However, this does not mean that we cannot or should not want a “body of thought or feeling” because it is a misconception that some would claim that you can turn off your thoughts or feelings, you cannot... But you can learn to observe your thoughts like clouds in the sky and identify your emotions exactly as they are, namely chemistry in the body - through meditation. And just there discover that you can train yourself to have a different and renewed reaction pattern. It is “not what life does to you, but how you take it!”
Tools such as yoga, breathwork, chi gong and the like are all tools that prepare you to meditate, since during a meditation you typically have to sit still and thus be still with yourself, only then you can discover who you really are. And that's why it's important to end a breathwork or other pre-meditation session with a meditation.

What is included

1-Hour Session Overview:

Experience an in-depth transformative session, designed to reset both body and mind in just 1 hour.

The session will be divided into two key elements:

  • 30-40 Minutes of Deep Breathing Work:
    Immerse yourself in a guided breathing meditation where you are guided to connect with your breath and explore deep relaxation. This practice encourages a sense of calm, mental clarity, and enhanced mind-body connection.
  • Guided (with music) Meditation - Feel the immersion and connection:
    End the session with a soothing exploration of your inner self. This meditative experience aims to harmonize your energy, promote mindfulness, and create a sense of calm and presence.

Join us on this present journey into yourself and feel the deep connection between breath, body and emotions.

Practical information:

Duration 1 hour. All equipment is in the hall. Get in casual clothes, remember a warm sweater. Arrive well in advance so there is time to park, get to the bathroom and get peed off, and drink a cup of tea before the session starts.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation no later than 1 days before session. We reserve the right to cancel 48 hours before session if there are too few registrations. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the money, but we can offer you a new place on the next team that is possible for you. Send us an email and we'll fix it.
